- The KaliForge and CipherHub platforms, including all AI models and algorithms

- All documentation, guides, and training materials
- The CIPHRR, Cipher PRO, KaliForge, and CipherHub names and logos
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our intellectual property without prior written consent.
7.2 Your Content
You retain ownership of any data, configurations, or content you upload or create using our Services. By using our Services, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Services.
8. Confidentiality
During the course of using our Services, both parties may be exposed to confidential information. Each party agrees to:

- Uninterrupted or error-free operation of our Services

9.2 Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CIPHER PRO LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
- Damages arising from unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
- Damages resulting from your reliance on scan results or security assessments
Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Services during the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Cipher PRO LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party
- Any unauthorized security testing conducted using our tools
11. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement:
- By You: Cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us
- By Us: We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these Terms, without prior notice
- Automatic: Your access terminates at the end of your billing period if you cancel
Upon termination:
- Your right to access the Services immediately ceases
- We will retain your data for 30 days, after which it will be permanently deleted
- You may request an export of your data before the 30-day retention period expires
- Sections 7, 8, 9, 10, and 13 survive termination
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall be resolved through:
